This thing fits me like a glove... a tight glove that is a lot harder to get on than I thought. BUT I am super proud of how it turned out. My first trek into the unknown realms of pepakura was pretty good (once i trimmed about 2 inches out of the center). I also stuck with my medium of choice, craft foam. Sure, pepakura is supposed to be done with cardstock, bondo, and tears, but if you know me at all, one of my least favorite things in this world is sanding. Granted, I did put some bondo on this to fill in some troubled areas, but it may have only made me hate it more. Someday I will get a power sander and maybe make a full Iron Man suit; until then, I will continue being lazy with sanding. Anywho, below are some process pix. I hate that I didn't take photos of the pepakura files first trimmed out, but I started on this I think before Christmas must have deleted them. Mostly, I've just been waiting to find motivation, and Civil War provided me with enough to get up off the couch and finish it!
